Company: Marsh Corporate Description: Senior Talent and Learning Specialist The Senior Talent and Learning Specialist in Global Learning at Marsh is responsible for managing, designing and executing learning solutions that foster a culture of growth among colleagues. This role involves project management, independent work, and strong collaboration with various stakeholders. Reporting to the Global Leadership, Programs, and Curriculum Development Lead, the position is part of the Global Learning team within the Careers Center of Expertise, focused on delivering innovative, scaled solutions to meet organizational needs. We will count on you to: Demonstrate experience in leadership development, project management, and coordinating training initiatives across multiple stakeholders. Effectively manage relationships, leveraging communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and effectively. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Talent Partners, HR and business functions, to drive learning initiatives.
