We have learnt that workforce health and wellbeing services that are good for people, are also good for business. We are looking for a full time employee on an initial fixed term 12 month contract. Job Description: To provide injury prevention and return to work services (and other similar services) to customers to assist injured individuals to return to work with their pre-injury employer, ensuring excellence in and quality of service delivery and customer service. These services are a combination of telephonic and mobile services. - Drive to support injured workers to remain at work through early intervention support. - Support national employers with injury management processes across multiple states and jurisdictions. - Undertaking of relevant follow up post triage, including but not limited to organisation of medical appointments; liaison with all stakeholders; provision of email updates; creation of return to work plans. - Undertake administration activities relating to claim processes including, but not limited to, clai...
