Description The Physical Therapist, in an in-patient or out-patient setting, will use the physical therapy process in the delivery of patient care to carry out an individualized program of physical therapy to maximize a patient's progress toward achieving functional goals including: This position requires a minimum of 36 hours a week. - Assessment - Treatment - Planning - Implementation - Education - Communication Requirements: Salary Range: The Premium Per Diem role is $65.00 per hour and is not eligible for differential pay (i.e., "per diem", "shift", "weekend" or "holiday").
