Shift: 8 p.m. - 8 a.m. This is a 12-hour shift, and every other weekend is a 3-day weekend. Up to 100% Travel Duties/Responsibilities: Assists in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care within the nursing care plan. Provides nursing care to patients according to established policies and procedures. Uses proper techniques, procedures, and safety precautions to meet individual needs of patients. Checks status of medications provided by Hospice, and reorders as needed. Performs skilled nursing visits as scheduled. As authorized, prepares for set-up, hangs, monitors, and discontinues intravenous fluids with accuracy according to direction. Provides direct care to patients, ensuring safety and comfort of the patient.
