BARBACK: As a Barback, you're crucial to our establishment operations, ensuring inventory, beverage quality, and cleanliness meet high standards for guest satisfaction. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Stock, clean, and prepare beverages under the guidance of the Bartender. Maintain adequate supplies of bar items and replenish as needed. Wash glasses and serving equipment promptly. Stock refrigerating units and replace beer kegs. Replenish ice at the bar. Clean and polish the bar, counters, shelves, and equipment. Prepare food items for drink preparation. Manage trash pickup and disposal. Maintain personal health and sanitation standards. Review procedures to improve service and safety.
