Early Career Environmental Scientist

This Opportunity WSP is currently initiating a search for an Early Career Environmental Scientist to work out of our Kennesaw, GA office. In this role you will be part of the Site Assessment and Remediation business unit, supporting environmental projects that involve field studies, report preparation, budget management, and interaction with coworkers, clients, subcontractors, and regulators. Projects will include groundwater, surface water, soil, and air sampling; environmental site assessments; regulatory permitting; subsurface site characterizations involving drilling, soil classification, and bedrock mapping; and hazardous waste site characterization and remediation. Your Impact: - Support a wide range of environmental and engineering projects, from conceptual site model development to design and implementation of remediation and risk management strategies. - Conduct field exercises including drilling, geologic logging, well installation, sampling of various media, and hydrogeologic testing. - Undertake project-based travel and site work, both within the United States and internationally.
