POSITION OVERVIEW: dormakaba is seeking an EH&S (Environmental, Health and Safety) Coordinator in its Indianapolis, IN manufacturing facility. The EH&S Coordinator will play a pivotal role in strengthening our safety culture across the plant. This position is designed to expand our EH&S capabilities, foster deeper engagement with employees, and implement impactful safety improvements. They will focus on eliminating the risk of noncompliance thereby reducing the costs associated with injury claims. HIRING SALARY RANGE: $70,000 to $88,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
