Utility Cleaner (Day Shift)

Job description

Amentum is seeking Utility Cleaners to join our team in McLean, VA! As a Utility Cleaner, you will be responsible for the cleanliness of communal spaces, restrooms, workspaces, and outside areas as assigned and performs a variety of duties that involve sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, dusting and polishing of surfaces and floors; removing trash; re-stocking supplies; and cleaning restrooms. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI US Government security. Note: US citizenship is required to obtain a Top Secret/SCI security clearance. Work Schedule: 7:00 AM- 3:30 PM Monday-Friday Essential Responsibilities: - Mop tile and concrete floor areas and vacuum carpeted areas. Sweep, dust, scrub, wax, buff, and strip floors as necessary. Use cleaning equipment, including electric floor buffers, commercial vacuums, wet mops, large wringers and other necessary equipment, tools, and supplies. - Clean and disinfect restrooms, including but not limited to urinals, toilets, toilet seats, sinks, mirrors, fixtures, hand dryers, floors, walls, showers and locker rooms.
