Forbes Bros Ltd. is currently seeking an experienced Journeyman Powerline Technician – Transmission & Distribution (T&D) to join our team in Kakabeka, ON on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a field-based role requiring travel to various work sites across Ontario. The position follows a 21/7 rotation , working 6 days on and 1 day off per week . The Journeyman Powerline Technician (PLT) will assist in the construction and maintenance of distribution powerlines. The Journeyman Lineman will have a valid Journeyperson certificate and previous experience in the distribution or transmission industry as a Journeyman Lineman. The candidate will demonstrate strong knowledge of distribution powerline construction, problem-solving skills, organizational skills, and share our core value of " we work safe."
