Summary The Warehouse Manager is responsible for the day -to-day activities of managing, controlling and coordinating all phases of the Path Warehouse/Facilities. The Warehouse Manager supports facilities and equipment maintenance and performs various functions and provides expertise in the repair, maintenance, installation, and enhancement of machinery and equipment. The Warehouse Manager role involves contributing to the overall preventative maintenance program within the framework of the company. Duties and Responsibilities: - Manages facility/building operations to ensure that building and grounds are clean, safe, well maintained to support work (maintenance, plumbing, cleaning, landscaping etc) - Manage technology operations and vendor relationships, ensuring that technology is well positioned to support the organization’s needs (electricity, internet etc.) - Oversee building administration including general administrative operations, operation procurement process, and data management/reporting. - Respond to urgent issues related to operational responsibilities. - Provides maintenance guidance and oversight for all shop personnel to include providing training, instruction, ent...
