Job title: Sales and Conference Manager, Wilderness Experiences Pay Rate: $57,784 - $65,000 /annual salary + discretionary bonus This position is eligible to receive discretionary bonuses, which will be based on performance and at the discretion of The Broadmoor Leadership Team Position Summary The Broadmoor is committed to creating a culture of family and community while simultaneously providing a genuine, unforgettable experience for our guests and team. This position will be responsible for researching, prospecting, developing, contracting and planning groups for The Broadmoor’s three Wilderness Properties (Cloud Camp, The Ranch at Emerald Valley and The Fly-fishing Camp.) Responsibilities for the Wilderness properties will include qualifying, proposals, site inspections, contracting and all aspects of pre-arrival planning for the group, prior to the turnover to the respective Wilderness Manager.
