About The Role: This is a key leadership role within the finance function, responsible for owning and delivering high-quality financial planning, reporting, and analysis across the business. As FP&A Manager, you will act as the custodian of financial integrity—ensuring all outputs are accurate, reconciled, auditable, and provide meaningful insight to support decision-making at an executive and Board level. You will partner closely with senior stakeholders, including the CFO and Commercial Finance Manager, while leading a small team and driving continuous improvement across financial processes, systems, and reporting.
