Position Summary The Instructor delivers prepared, up-to-date instruction, manages classroom and lab activities, and supports student success through active engagement and retention efforts. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Teach assigned courses using lesson plans and approved curriculum - Use a variety of instructional methods and resources to enhance learning - Maintain an organized, safe, and effective classroom/lab environment - Monitor student progress and communicate concerns regarding attendance or performance - Record and submit attendance, grades, and required documentation on time - Provide students with course syllabi and evaluate assignments within established timeframes - Assist in curriculum development and evaluation of instructional materials - Collaborate with academic leadership to address student concerns - Participate in student engagement activities, meetings, and institutional events (e.g., orientation, graduation) - Maintain accurate academic records and complete midterm and final evaluations - Ensure proper use and accountability of classroom materials and equipment - Stay current with institutional policies, procedures, and professional development...
