Who we are looking for The European Shareholder Services Team, as a part of Investment Operations unit, administers incoming client instructions relating to subscription and redemption activity for portfolios managed globally by SSIM. The team is responsible for the verification, accurate, timely processing and onward communication of these instructions to the SSIM Investment Management team. The Shareholder Services team within SSIM Poland is an extension to the SSIM Shareholder Services team globally (London, Dublin, Sydney, Boston). The team consists of 9 professionals with local management structure. The successful candidate will act as a senior member within the team, assuming responsibility on variety of business processes with elements of teams administration. This role is performed in a hybrid model, where you can balance work from home and office to match your needs and role requirements.
