The Event Manager role sits within the Danish Experience Studio and is responsible for delivering innovative and quality end to end events, providing complete domestic or global services. You will interpret a client’s brief and create meetings & events to their precise requirements, with responsibility for the full research of the meeting elements as well as negotiations with vendors and preparation of costings and proposals, building meeting timelines and confidently communicate this to the client. The Event Manager acts as a strategic and operational lead across creative, technical, production and logistic teams with client objectives and excellence in execution. It is natural for the Event Manager to have a dialogue and an advisory role with the client about their needs and find a creative solution.
