Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing roles. - Ability to communicate in Dutch and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region. Preferred qualifications: - Experience in hunting, and acquisition within a start-up environment. - Ability to own a portfolio in an advertising or media business context and consistently overachieve quotas to drive growth. - Ability to move fast, be bold, and grow in a dynamic, fast changing environment. - Ability to think strategically about issues and develop recommendations and action plans. - Excellent investigative skills.
