Job Description: Portico is searching for a standout Concierge to be the face of an elite residential development in the heart of the City. If you thrive on delivering exceptional service and believe no request is too big or too small, you’ll fit right in. You’ll be the go to person for residents — the friendly face, the problem solver, the organiser. From managing post and couriers, coordinating contractors and key control, to securing restaurant reservations and handling bespoke, high touch requests, you’ll make sure every resident feels looked after. We’re looking for someone proactive, polished, and unflappable. If you bring organisation, warmth, and a genuine love of helping people, we want to meet you. Hours: 42 hours per week. With shifts between 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am, 4 days on 4 days off....
