Equifax is looking for an I-9 Administrator to join our team. Receives and responds to escalated telephone and written requests from clients contacts at mid levels of client organizations, account managers, and internal staff related to technical issues or account maintenance needs. Resolves the issue or engages other technical resources in order to resolve, tracks progress through resolution, and effectively communicates the resolution to the requestor. This is a hybrid role onsite with our client, a large tech company headquartered in Cupertino, CA. What You'll Do: - Process and maintain Form I-9s. - Perform E-Verify process on new-hires and rehires to ensure employment eligibility. - Monitor E-Verify exceptions to final resolution. - Upload Form I-9 document information to vendor management systems. - Complete work authorization updates for current employees. - Assist in new-hire orientations. - Respond to inquiries by phone and electronic communications timely. - Moni...
