As a Lead Electrical Engineer within the Generator & Electrical Systems (GES) organization, you will lead the delivery of high-impact, high-quality electrical engineering solutions across both ITO and OTR work scopes. This role offers the opportunity to work on critical projects that power industries, strengthen infrastructure, and enable the global energy transition. You will own electrical design and execution for complex projects involving execution of power system studies and development of 1-Line diagram development, L&/MV distribution equipment definition, load list creation, cabling support, and overall electrical change management. Working in a global, cross-functional environment, you will collaborate with other adjacent teams to solve complex technical challenges, drive standardization, and deliver reliable, customer-focused solutions.
