Overview R&P is looking for a junior professional who wants to join our team. We are a small-sized defense contractor providing Engineering, Logistics, Program Management and Technical Services to government clients. We need a Junior Financial Analyst ready to join a fast-paced and exciting work environment. Responsibilities: The candidate shall provide business and financial management support of our customer's Business Financial Manager in the planning, programming, budgeting, and execution of their shipbuilding program. Efforts include the following: - Assist in the Government's preparation of SCN, RDT&E and OMN Budgets. Assist in the development and review of budget backup documentation to support production, delivery schedules, and milestones. - Assist in the preparation, review, and defense of the annual SCN and RDT&E Execution Reviews including a detailed re-evaluation of budget estimates and Estimates at Completion. - Prepare various exhibits, briefings, and presentations.
