Overview Do you want to build a platform that powers global AI-driven language experiences? You will join the Azure AI Translation and Language team, developing scalable infrastructure that enables reliable, high-performance translation and language services used across Microsoft including infrastructure supporting AI inference and data processing workflows. Our systems support real-time communication for millions of users worldwide. As a Software Engineer II, you will design and build components of large-scale distributed systems that support Azure AI translation and language services. You’ll work with engineers and partner teams to deliver reliable, scalable platform capabilities and improve service quality. This role provides opportunities to deepen expertise in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and service engineering in a flexible hybrid environment.
