Coordinates public meetings, prepares public meeting notices and meeting packet, distributes information to committee members and interested parties and ensures compliance with ADOT and Open Meeting Law statutes. It participates in the development and update of the Five Year Construction program, and coordinates with various project selection committees. District Engineers, Council of Governments (COGs), Metropolitan Planning Organizations (MPOs), other agency divisions and local officials.
