They work closely with various departments to identify training needs, design and develop training materials and deliver training sessions. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Conducting needs assessments to determine what training is necessary to meet the needs of employees and the organization. 2. Conducting training sessions and workshops for employees using a variety of methods including in-person, online, or hybrid formats. 3.
