In this role, you’ll help ensure all regulated medical records documentation meets HCFA, MCC, and JCAHO guidelines. You’ll be responsible for receiving, reviewing, and processing back‑end documentation so billing is accurate and submitted on time. You’ll work closely with the Business/Facilities Manager and act as an important liaison between physician offices and our agency—helping resolve issues, track outstanding documentation, and support smooth, compliant records processes.
