Woodfords Family Services is seeking a compassionate, organized, and qualified Site Coordinator to join our Community Supports Program! This is a full-time, hourly position offering a comprehensive and competitive benefits package. Position Summary: The Site Coordinator plays a vital role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of Expeditions, a Westbrook-based Community Supports program, while ensuring high-quality care is delivered to consumers and strong supervision and support is provided to direct care staff. This position focuses on supporting adults in community-based settings through individualized care, community integration, physical activity, employment and volunteer exploration, daily living skill development, increasing independence, and personal care support. The Site Coordinator works closely with the Program Manager and Director to ensure program operations promote meaningful access to community living.
