About the Role & Team Our People team is a collaborative and international group distributed across our offices in Madrid, Aarhus, and Copenhagen. The team consists of Talent Acquisition, Organisational Development, Business Partners, and People Operations. You will report directly to our Global People Director. You will join a close-knit and ambitious Talent Acquisition team that plays a key role in shaping Formalize’s growth by attracting and hiring top talent across our European markets. We primarily recruit for our largest markets: Spain, Italy, France/Benelux, the Nordics, and the DACH region. Despite being geographically distributed, we work closely together, support one another, and share a strong sense of ownership and team spirit. What you will do: In this role, you will primarily partner with our commercial departments - Sales and Customer Success, while also supporting other teams such as People and Marketing when needed. As a member of our Talent Acquisition team will be going on maternity leave in August, you will take full ownership of recruitment for our commercial roles.
