Company: Oliver Wyman Description: Job overview Oliver Wyman is actively seeking an FP&A Analyst for a permanent role to join our Commercial Business Partnering team within Europe FP&A, based in Milan. As an FP&A Analyst for the Europe region, you will report into the Head of Commercial Business Partnering – Europe FP&A and support commercial financial analysis for: South East Europe The Customer Innovation & Growth and Finance, Risk & Restructuring practices This is a hybrid role that requires at least 3 days per week in the Milan office. There is no option to be fully remote. Your primary areas of responsibility will be: Support day-to-day financial planning and analysis for South East Europe, CIG & FRR, including management reporting, financial inputs to strategic decision making, commercial pricing support, and investment prioritization, under the guidance of senior team members. Engage with business leaders, plus colleagues in other support teams (including Human Capital and the Business Impact Team), to support quarterly business reviews and the annual budget cycle (revenue and capacity) for the supported business intersections.
