Position Summary Tangentyere Council Aboriginal Corporation (TCAC) is a community controlled Public Benevolent Institution delivering human services and social enterprise activities for the benefit of Aboriginal people from the Alice Springs Town Camps, urban Alice Springs, and Central Australia. The People & Culture: Generalist plays a key role in supporting the organisation’s people strategy by delivering a broad range of human resources functions across the employee lifecycle. This position partners with: leaders and employees to provide operational and administrative support on functions such as policies, employee relations, performance management, recruitment, compliance, records management and learning and development. The role ensures HR practices align with organisational values, promote a positive workplace culture, and comply with relevant legislation.
