Under the direction of the Supervisor, Surveillance Operations, the Surveillance Agent II is responsible for supporting the integrity, safety, and compliance of casino operations through vigilant monitoring and investigative support. This role identifies potential risks, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to uphold operational excellence. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Analyzes recorded and live surveillance video of the gaming facility activities to detect any suspicious activity, discrepancies of gaming activity including advantage play, cheating at play, or suspicious financial transactions, which may pose a risk to employees, vendors, guests, Tribal residents or Yaamava’ Resort & Casino operations. 2. Monitors, interprets and applies internal control across casino departments, ensures compliance with regulatory and operational standards, performs comprehensive observations, prepares detailed reports, and executes accurate data entry, while committed to maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of the Surveillance department. 3.
