About the role: This is a key leadership role where you’ll act as the independent voice of payroll compliance, providing assurance, expertise, and insight across a complex and evolving legislative landscape. You will lead the design and execution of compliance frameworks, ensuring we meet all obligations while continuously strengthening our controls and processes. Working closely with Payroll, Legal, Risk, and broader People & Culture teams, you’ll bring both deep technical expertise and commercial judgement to safeguard our people and our business.
