We are on the lookout for a skilled and motivated Leading Hand to become the backbone of our operations in Derrimut. Lead from the front! As a Leading Hand, you'll play a key role in assisting our Melbourne Operations Team, especially our Project Managers. Key responsibilities will include but not limited to: - Ensure that all work performed adheres strictly to compliance requirements. - Implement and adhere to Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) policies and procedures. - OH&S Management - Exercise leading hand duties by supervising and coordinating onsite events and assigned project works. - Collaborate with Customer Service Representatives, Site Managers, Project Engineers, and CA's onsite to ensure the correct delivery of the project scope. - Assist in resolving issues related to installation, paperwork, and stock discrepancies. - Conduct site counts and maintain adequate stock levels for seamless operations. - Identify additional equipment requirements to enhance onsite efficiency and overall performance. - Assist in the onsite installation and maintenance of Site Camera works.
