This tool will monitor and ensure the performance of critical communications systems, including Skype for Business (SfB), Microsoft Teams, Cisco CMS, Cisco Phones, and VTC. As the primary point of contact for UC system performance, the successful candidate will act as the first line of defense, working independently to ensure that all communication systems are running optimally and efficiently.
