Hologic is seeking a full-time Field Service Representative based in or near Toronto, ON. In this role, the Field Service Representative is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing Hologic instrumentation at customer sites throughout the Toronto area. The position supports optimal instrument performance and customer satisfaction through timely service response, preventive maintenance, and effective collaboration with internal technical and support teams. The Field Service Representative also ensures systems remain compliant with regulatory and quality standards while maintaining accurate and thorough service documentation. Knowledge: - Working knowledge of chemistry principles and chemical handling techniques. - Understanding of the proper use and operation of electronic testing and diagnostic equipment. - Knowledge of inventory management and procurement systems. - Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality control standards related to laboratory instrumentation. - Understanding of robotics, fluidics, and pneumatics systems preferred.
