This position serves as the on-site lead during assigned shifts and ensures safe, efficient, and professional operations while delivering excellent customer service to athletic user groups and the community. Essential Job Duties: QualificationsPosition Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required. Prior experience supervising staff in a recreational, athletic, concessions, or event setting preferred. College coursework in recreation, sports management, business, or a related field is a plus.
