Job Description Behavioral Health Nurse (Clinic Nurse): Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Health Registered Nurse to provide high-quality mental health nursing care within a military healthcare environment. The RN will deliver evidence-based interventions, support emotional and psychological well-being, and promote overall readiness and resilience among military personnel and their families. This role combines clinical expertise with a mission-driven commitment to the unique needs of the military community. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive psychiatric and behavioral health nursing care to patients experiencing a range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and adjustment disorders. Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. Perform mental status examinations, obtain behavioral health histories, and accurately document all findings and interventions.
