Salary Range: $30-35/hour *compensation based on experience Primary Responsibilities: Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required - Ensures operation of greenhouse equipment by completing predictive and preventative maintenance requirements on: automated material handling systems, automated packaging systems, conveyor systems and production machines - Communicate and enforce safe working procedures, actively identify safety concerns and drive continuous improvement efforts of corrective actions. - Effectively lead team of Maintenance Techs with responsibility for maintenance coverage and support. - Facilitate knowledge transfer amongst Maintenance team. - Manage UpKeep software system that delivers all work orders and preventive maintenance schedules on a regular basis while ensuring an on-time completion - Regular inspections/walk through of greenhouses to identify problems and necessary maintenance. - Communicate schedules, tasks at hand, maximizing output and coaching when questions arise. - Complete assigned tasks with Maintenance Team - Follow-up with external Contractors making sure all polices, and guidelines are maintained. - Coordinate daily cleaning of maintenance a...
