I. Job Summary The Talent and Development Business Partner acts as a trusted advisor to business leaders and Human Resources, driving talent strategies that support organizational objectives. This role ensures talent solutions are aligned with business needs, backed by stakeholder commitment, and effectively implemented to build a diverse talent pipeline while enabling leadership development, succession planning, and employee growth across the organization. II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Partner with HR and Business Leaders: Serve as a strategic advisor and primary contact to Market Segment HR Business Partners and Business Leaders, assessing business needs and recommending tailored talent and development solutions. Guide the implementation and execution of core talent infrastructure (e.g., Career Development, Performance Management, Talent Reviews & Succession Planning), ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and successful execution of key initiatives.
