Your Opportunity, Your Team: The Maintenance Manager supports HSN and shapes facility operations, supports a high-performing team, leads critical facility operations, and ensures performance across electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems. You will report to the General Manager of the site. Where You'll Work: This role is onsite and will require you to work from our Piney Flats, TN Fulfillment Center daily. Relocation assistance is available for this role. What You'll Do: Oversee site maintenance, including building operations, capital expenditure projects, and facility maintenance to ensure optimal equipment and infrastructure performance. Manage vendor relationships for dining services and housekeeping, and maintain strong connections with property management liaisons; plan and communicate major building projects.
