Proactively mentor subordinates and be responsible for all performance-related activities, including delivering performance reviews. AI-First Development Culture: - Champion an AI-first engineering culture by coaching the team to integrate Cadent's suite of AI development tools into their core workflows—from initial code creation to pull request reviews—to enhance productivity and code quality. Technical Strategy & Execution: - Transform Cadent’s technical strategies into actionable plans, projects, and objectives for your team(s). Provide technical oversight on high-level implementation plans and evangelize best practices in technology and architecture.
