About this role: Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network (FiNet) is seeking a Head of FiNet Advisor Engagement & Growth to serve as a senior executive and member of the FiNet Management Committee within our fast‑growing independent advisor business. This role is responsible for setting and executing the national relationship management strategy for FiNet, with a focus on practice and advisor engagement, retention, growth, and long‑term satisfaction.
