Health Coach - Wellness As a Health Coach you will be responsible for guiding a self-discovery process which entails (but is not limited to): assessing wellness then readiness to change and confidence of a client, coaching to that level of readiness and confidence, and co-creating a wellness vision including SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic and Timely) goals while helping to identify potential or existing obstacles and developing strategies to overcome those obstacles.
