Job description
Scope of Work: The Survey Technician is responsible for accurately and timely performing electrical layout and as-built survey points in the field as directed. Responsibilities: - Interpret engineered drawings. - Operate Topcon/GPS and Total Station data collectors with minimal supervision. - Collect as-built data. - Report to assigned job site locations punctually as directed. - Understand and comply with company and job safety requirements. - Work outdoors and on construction sites in all weather conditions. - Provide work control lines and elevations necessary for accurate measurement and correct installation of materials by field staff. Minimum Requirements: ◦ Minimum one year of land survey and/or construction experience preferred. ◦ Proficiency in survey data collection, including setting up and operating GPS receivers and robotic total stations.
