This is your opportunity to join an international group with a project that needs you to help meet the challenges of digital transformation. 💻 THE ROLE: We are looking for a #TechTalent to perform duties as a PMO & Governance Coordinator for a internacional project in the Industry and Engineering sector. 🙂 YOUR DAY TO DAY: - Manage the central IT demand intake, prioritization, and backlog. - Coordinate alignment with Business Units and communicate decisions clearly and in writing. - Ensure security and compliance validation across IT requests - Support exit and transition processes, including demand freeze and handovers. - Manage stakeholder relationships and resolve competing priorities - Track and report IT savings (FALCON, reconciliations, CFO reporting). - Support project and exit governance (phase gates, reporting, documentation). - Maintain the ISMS compliance calendar and track key deadlines - Monitor key vendors and contract renewals. 💡 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: . - 3-5 years in a PMO, IT Controll...
