Job Description: Sales Team Manager Willow House, Staines: Permanent, Full Time (37.5 hours): Salary is from £42,900: This role is office based with potential for Hybrid working options available once signed off - This is not a fully remote working position. What you'll be doing: You’ll be looking after the consumer retentions and re-instatement teams You’ll proactively manage reinstatement sales figures through effective lead management and strong performance management whilst ensuring the quality of our calls is of high priority.
