IS has an immediate need for a Jr. Accountant located in Lawrenceville, GA. The position is a key role working with the executive staff of the business. Business operating hours: M-F 8:00am – 5:00pm. The Junior Accountant will provide vital support to the senior accounting team to streamline financial processes. This role involves maintaining general ledgers, processing transactions, and ensuring data accuracy and compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). It is an ideal position for a recent graduate or early-career professional seeking to build a foundation in financial management. Requirements: The successful candidate will have working experience performing office duties in a professional environment. Potential candidates will have the qualifications below: - Education : Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field. - Experience : 0–2 years of experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role; internships are often highly valued.
