CDL Lead Driver

Job description

The Lead Driver will be responsible for safely, efficiently, and courteously providing waste removal services to customers across one or multiple lines of business. The duties and responsibilities are under the direction of the Operations Supervisor or Manager. Through the assignment of work activities, the Lead Driver will develop and utilize a working knowledge of day-to-day hauling operations that may include: leading crew outs in the morning, perform new hire training observations and sign offs, assist in dispatch, monthly truck inspections, route analysis, process improvement, training existing and new employees and Company safety and compliance standards.
