Clearance Required: Secret (must be active) We’re looking for a Senior Electrical Production Support Engineer (RF Systems) who enjoys solving complex technical challenges and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role supports advanced test systems used to validate complex hardware from early development through production and sustainment. In this role, you’ll contribute across the engineering lifecycle—from design and development through integration, testing, production support, and sustainment. What You’ll Do: - Lead cross-functional engineering activities from planning through execution - Coordinate with program, finance, planning, and technical stakeholders - Track schedule, budget, risks, and engineering performance - Support proposals, planning, reviews, and program reporting - Help teams stay aligned and remove barriers to execution What We’re Looking For: - Typically requires Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of eight (8) years of prior relevant experience OR an Advanced degree and five (5) years of relevant experience - The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is requir...
