Job Description: As a Laboratory Assistant, based in Pilgangoora (FIFO out of Perth) on a 8/6 roster, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and quality analysis of samples using ICP including sample preparation, weighing, LOI, moisture, fusing, making solutions including standards and operating ICP equipment. - Permanent Full-Time role - Based in Pilgangoora, WA - FIFO - 8/6 roster, 12 hours shift - Salary $85k - $88k per annum Other responsibilities include, however not limited to: - Ensure the timely and quality analysis of samples. - Perform sample preparation to a high standard. - Weigh samples accurately in an efficient manner. - Maintain daily production numbers. - Understand and follow laboratory methods and procedures. - Maintain good housekeeping in the ICP laboratory area and associated areas. - Use appropriate personal protective equipment in the correct manner as required. - Perform additi...
