Bar Manager (m/f/d) at Playitas Share this job! - Playitas Resort Fuerteventura - Fixed-Term - Full-time - upon agreement Your Tasks: ​ - Manage and supervise the operations of our bars, ensuring high-quality service. - Be responsible for creating and executing the beverage menu – impress us with your creativity! - Lead and motivate our fantastic team of bartenders, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. - Ensure compliance with all hygiene and food safety regulations. - Interact with guests, making sure they fully enjoy their experience in our bars. - Work closely with other resort departments to deliver a seamless service experience. - Resolve issues and handle guest requests efficiently and professionally. - Support the organization of special events and themed nights. - Stay up to date with the latest cocktail and mixology trends. ​ Your Profile: ​ - Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Bar Manager or in a similar leadership role within hospitality and nightlife. - Excellent leadership and team management skills. - Strong knowledge of beverages, classic cocktails, and signature creations. - Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. - Strong gu...
