Employee Benefits Senior Account Manager Position Purpose: The Senior Account Manager is primarily responsible for fostering and maintaining long-term relationships with key clients. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for escalated service issues, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty. The Executive Senior Account Manager will also collaborate closely with various internal teams and insurance carriers to effectively meet client needs and drive business growth.
